TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAILGUIDE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

4. Data and Privacy

Data Storage: TrailGuide does not store customer data unless explicitly stated in the application documentation. When data storage is required for application functionality:

• Data is stored only as necessary to provide the requested services
• You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service
• We implement reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data

Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party services (e.g., OneSignal, Braze), you authorize TrailGuide to access and transmit data to those services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

5. Security and Breaches

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the Service and your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your information for improper purposes.
